Lebanese Syrian Charoset

1 pound raisins
1 pound chopped pecans
3 cups Manischewitz red wine
1/2 pound dates

Soak raisins in wine for 2 hours. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture resembles paste. Prepare at least 1 day prior to serving.

Makes 10 servings.
