Crisp Sponge Cookies: Panlevi Drop batter by tablespoons, 2 inches apart, on greased cookie sheet that has been lightly floured. Bake in 350-degree oven for 10 minutes; then lower heat to 270 degrees for 5 minutes or until cookies are brown. Take out and loosen from cookie sheet. Turn oven off and return cookie sheets to oven to crisp, about 5 minutes. |
