Three Layer Jello Salad

Three Layer Jello Salad

1 3 ounces pkg strawberry jello
2 cups water
1 1/2 packages unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup light cream
1 cup sugar
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3 ounces pkg raspberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 small can blueberries

Dissolve strawberry jello in 2 c. water. Chill in large glass bowl until set. Soak unflavored gelatin in cold water. Heat light cream and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add unflavored gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Set aside to cool. When cool, add sour cream and vanilla. Let stand several minutes, then pour over layer of strawberry jello. Return to fridge until second layer sets.

Dissolve raspberry jello in boiling water, then fold in blueberries. Chill until slightly thickened. Pour over second layer and chill until firm, then serve.
