Huber Orchard Winery's Champagne Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup Huber "Sparkling Starlight" or domestic sparkling wine of your
choice
1 cup crushed Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing (sold in a
blue-and-white bag)
1/2 cup grated, imported Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Soak chicken in sparkling wine about 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together herb-seasoned stuffing,
Parmesan cheese, minced parsley, pepper and garlic salt.
Remove chicken from sparkling wine; pat dry. Dip chicken in melted
butter, then into stuffing mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake 1
hour.
