Macayo's Mexican Kitchen Shrimp Taco Filling
2 lbs. shrimp
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 1 orange
1/2 C. butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 dried chipotle
1 pinch salt
Combine the shrimp with the lime juice and orange juice. Set aside to marinate.
To prepare Garlic Butter, combine the butter, garlic, chipotle and salt in small bowl.
Skewer the shrimp. (If using wooden skewers, soak them in water first so they don't burn.) Baste shrimp with Garlic Butter while grilling.
