Goblin Cheese Ball

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese

2 cups fancy shredded fiesta cheese

1/2 stick margarine

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder

1 tablespoon milk

2 8-ounce cartons whipped cream cheese

Decorative garnishes

Allow cream cheese, shredded cheese and margarine to come to room temperature before mixing.

Combine both packages of cream cheese, shredded cheese, margarine and milk. Whip with mixer until well combined, about 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm. Roll into a ball. Frost with whipped cream cheese.

Use your own imagination to decorate your goblin. Use broccoli florets, red cabbage, puffed cheese curls, alfalfa sprouts, etc., for hair. The nose, mouth and ears can be fashioned of pickled peppers or vegetables. Ears can be made with candy, pretzels or Dorito chips, while olives and vegetables work for feet. For teeth, try candy corn, fake teeth or veggies. Halloween candy eyes sold at this time of year will give an eerie look.

Serve with crackers.
