Molded Blood Salad

2 C. crushed cranberries
1/3 C. finely chopped orange zest
1 C. orange juice
1 C. finely chopped celery
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 3 oz. package cran-raspberry flavored gelatin
1 3 oz. package lemon flavored gelatin
3 C. water

Mix the gelatin and water according to the package instructions. Mix in the rest of the ingredients immediately. Chill in a 2 quart mold.
