Lowfat Lemonberry Smoothie
1 cup non fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
2 teaspoons splenda or sugar substitute
6 large frozen strawberries or 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or
raspberries
Place yogurt, milk, lemonade, aad sugar substitute in blender.
Process on high, adding berries, a few at a time through the lid and
blend until thick. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Makes 2 1/2 cups. |
