Heavenly Hash Recipe
2 C. whipping cream
1/2 C. sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 package (6 1/4 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1/2 C. chopped pecans
Whip the cream until it stands in soft peaks. Add sugar and vanilla and continue whipping to blend. Fold in drained pineapple and marshmallows. Sprinkle pecans on top or add to mixture.
