Sweet and Sour Slaw Recipe
2 heads cabbage, shredded
1 small head red cabbage, shredded
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 - 2 large carrot, peeled and grated
2 C. mayonnaise
2 T. prepared mustard
2 T. sugar
4 T. wine vinegar
2 t. pepper
2 t. dried cilantro
2 t. basil
2 t. parsley
Combine vegetables in large bowl and mix well. Mix remaining ingredients in a
separate bowl. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir well. Cover and refrigerate
overnight, stirring once or twice.
Serves 16 - 20.
