Giant Rhubarb Muffins Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add rhubarb/sugar mix to dry ingredients. Add liquid mixture, stir just until moistened. Do not over mix. Fill large muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Loosen immediately with spatula. AUTHOR: Sondra |
