Easy Creme de Menthe Cake
1 box white cake mix plus
1/2 C. creme de menthe
1 C. chocolate fudge ice cream topping
8 oz. refrigerated whipped topping
Make cake according to directions on box, but replace 1/4 cup water with 1/4 cup creme de menthe. Bake in 9- by-13-inch pan according to directions on the box. Let cake cool. Combine fudge topping with whipped topping and 1/4 cup creme de menthe. Spread on cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
