Raspberry Cream
1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
1/4 cup raspberry liqueur
2 tablespoons half-and-half
Chocolate shavings for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Irish cream, Chambord and
half-and-half. Cover and shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with chocolate shavings.
Makes 1 cocktail.
