Bacon-Blue Dip Recipe
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 (3-ounce) pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp instant minced onion
4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
1 large green pepper, top and seeds removed (optional)
Place sour cream, cream cheese, blue cheese and minced onion in
blender container; blend until mixture is smooth. Chill.
Before serving, stir in the crumbled bacon. Serve mixture in green
pepper shell, if desired.
Makes about 1 cup.
