Crab Muffins

3 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp milk
2 tsp lemon juice
liquid hot pepper
2 green onions, chopped fine
1 cup crab meat

Beat cream cheese with milk, lemon juice and hot pepper (several dashes, depending on your taste).

Mix in green onions and crab meat.

Split and butter 2 English muffins.

Toast under broiler.

Spread (mound) filling on toasted muffins.

Place under broiler till browned slightly.
