Scandinavian Apple Salad

2 C. Red Apples, unpeeled, diced
1 C. Celery, diced
2 C. Cabbage, shredded
1/2 C. Sour Cream
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Salt & Sugar, to taste
1/2 C. Grapes, halved & seeded
1/2 C. Chopped Nuts, optional

Combine apples, celery, and cabbage. Combine remaining ingredients except grapes. Add to apple mixture. Toss to mix. Garnish with grapes.
