Potatoes and Zucchini Recipe


Potatoes and Zucchini

5 potatoes sliced thin
2 zucchini sliced thin
1 large onion sliced thin
1 can cream mushroom soup (mixed with 1/2 can milk)
6-7 slices of american cheese

Layer these ingredients in a shallow baking dish, ending with soup, repeating layers twice.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour, and potatoes are done. You may also add some more cheese to the top before removing from oven. Allow to stand for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Note: I leave the peeling on my potatoes, but you can peel them if you prefer.
