Coconut Cranberry Spread

8 oz Cream Cheese; softened
1/4 c Whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 ts Grated Orange Rind
2 tb Flaked Coconut

Combine first 4 ingredients stirring until well blended.

Spoon into a serving dish, and sprinkle with coconut.

Serve spread with gingersnaps.

Yield: 1 1/4 c.
