Raspberry Marscapone Kisses
1 box phyllo dough
1 lb. marscapone
2 pints raspberries
1/2 C. walnuts
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. melted butter
Confectioner's sugar
mint spring
Preheat oven to 350�F.
Stir sugar and walnuts into marscapone; fold in raspberries.
Take a layer of phyllo, brush on butter. Do three sheets all with butter. Put a
big spoonful of the cheese mixture in the middle of the 3 pieces. Fold up like a
kiss.
Put on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and drizzle raspberry sauce on plate for
design. Add mint sprig.
