Classic Peaches and Cream Bread Pudding
1 (1-pound) loaf of bread, the drier the better, cubed
2 cups milk
2 cups whipping cream
8 tablespoons butter, melted
3 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla
3 large peaches, skinned and pitted, or 1 can peaches, without syrup
1 tablespoon peach liqueur
Prepare 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixture must be very moist, but not
soupy. Add more bread if too soupy.
2. Pour into prepared dish.
3. Place in nonpreheated 350-degree oven 90 minutes, until top is golden brown.
4. Serve warm.
