Maple Sugar Pie - Tarte au Sucre
1/2 cup maple sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1/3 cup heavy (whipping) cream
Preheat oven to 350. 1. In a large bowl, stir
together the sugars and flour.
2. Spread the sugar mixture evenly over the pie shell.
3. Pour the cream over the sugar and place in the oven. Bake for
35-40 minutes or until golden.
To serve:
Serve the tart warm from the oven.
