Bonbons aux Patates - Potato Treats
2 potatoes
confectioner's sugar
Optional: coconut, nuts, peanut butter, melted chocolate
1. Place the potatoes in cold water. Bring to a boil and boil
until tender.
2. Drain the potatoes. Allow to cool somewhat, then peel.
3. Mash the potatoes as for mashed potatoes. Mix in enough sugar
so the the potatoes have the consistency of a pie crust.
To finish:
Add coconut to the dough, mix in, then form into small balls and
serve drizzled with some chocolate sauce.
Roll out the dough, spread with either the nuts or peanut
butter, roll up, refrigerate then slice. |
