Baked Barbecued Chicken
1/2 cup cold water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 cup Sugar
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard (your choice)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 1/2 lbs. frying chicken
Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a small bowl. Mix well.
Place chicken in shallow baking dish, pour sauce over meat.
cover and marinate for several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Remove
chicken. Save marinade.
Pre-heat oven to 400�F. Place chicken on broiler pan, skin side up.
Bake for 1 hour until tender, basting with marinade every 15 minutes. Do not
