Honeysweet Grilled Chicken
1/4 Cup fresh orange juice
3 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
6 boneless, skinless chicken
breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl, mix. Add chicken breasts
and toss well, coating each piece completely. Cover and marinate in the
refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
2. Grill the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6
