Mesquite Grilled Chicken with Pineapple Salsa
1 lb. Chicken Breast, skinless and boneless
1 pkg. McCormick/Schilling Chicken Mesquite Marinade
Pineapple Salsa:
1 can DOLE Pineapple, crushed and drained
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
1 tbsp. lime juice, fresh
1 tbsp. Chun King Lite Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp. McCormick/Schilling blend Hot Shot
Black & Red Pepper (up to 1/2 tsp.)
Prepare 1 pkg. Chicken Mesquite Marinade according to package directions, using
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast.
Grill Chicken. Serve with Pineapple Salsa.

Combine pineapple, red bell pepper, green onion, lime juice, soy sauce and black
