Panettone Coffee Cake
1 1/2 slab butter or margarine
4 C. flour
2 C. sugar
4 large eggs at room temperature
13 oz. evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. anise extract
1/2 C. walnuts
1/2 C. raisins
1/2 C. citron
Cream butter and sugar and eggs all at one time. Add canned milk,
them add flour that has been mixed with dry ingredients.
Grease and flour 3 cans (1 lb. coffee cans). Fill
3/4 full.
Bake at 350F. degrees for 1 hour. If top browns
too fast lower heat. |
