Christmas Cake Then add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Add orange juice, vanilla & almonds. Sift flour, salt & baking powder into a large bowl. Now add fruit & mix with your hands until fruit is well floured. Then add to first mixture & stir well. Pour into 2 greased & floured bundt pans. decorate tops with more candied cherries & almonds. Bake about 1 hour in 275F oven. Cool completely then wrap in foil & keep in a cool place to ripen to it full deliciousness: 3-4 weeks. |
