Benjamin's Restaurant Pecan Pie Pour the filling into the crust. Arrange whole pecans around the edge of the crust. Roughly chop the remaining pecans and place over filling. (There might be some filling left over, which can be used to make small pecan tarts.) Bake at 300�F for about 1 1/2 hours, or until set. Makes 10 servings. |
