Sugarplum Cake

2 Cups self rising flour
2 Cups sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 Cup vegetable oil
2 jars (6 oz each) strained plum baby food
3 eggs, beaten
1 C. chopped pecans

Glaze:

1 C. plus 2 T powdered sugar
1 jar (4 oz) strained plum-apple baby food
2 T. milk

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.

Stir in oil, baby food and eggs. Fold in pecans.

Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.

Bake at 350� for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients until smooth.

Drizzle over top and sides of cake
