Chocolate Lovers Cookies in a Jar Recipe

1/3 C. milk chocolate chips
1/3 C. white chocolate or vanilla milk chips
1/3 C. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 C. packed dark brown sugar
1 C. buttermilk biscuit and baking mix
1/2 C. light brown sugar
1 C. buttermilk biscuit and baking mix

In 1-quart, wide-mouth jar, gently layer and pack ingredients in order listed. If there is any space left over after adding the last ingredient, add more chocolate chips to fill the jar. Place lid on top. Cut an 8-inch circle of fabric to cover lid. Place fabric over lid; secure in place with a rubber band, then tie with ribbon or raffia. Decorate as desired.

Write this on the recipe card: Empty contents of jar into medium bowl. Stir in 1 stick butter or margarine, melted; 1 large egg; and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until well-combined. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 375� F. for 10 - 12 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown.

Makes about 30 cookies.
