Spiced Honey Nuts

4 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 cups almonds

Heat butter and honey in skillet. Stir in spices. Stir in nuts and toss to coat. Spread out on rack to cool. Season with salt.

Yield 2 cups
