Mini Kiss Coconut Macaroon Bars In large bowl, stir together coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Add egg whites, egg, milk and almond extract; stir until well blended. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven; immediately place chocolate pieces on top, pressing down firmly. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes about 24 bars. |
