Sugar-and-Spice Pecans Recipe

1 egg white

1 T. water or orange juice

1 C. sugar

3/4 t. salt

1 t. cinnamon

1 lb. pecan halves

Beat egg white and water until frothy (not stiff). Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon. Stir in pecans until they are completely coated.

Spread nuts on large cookie sheet. Bake at 200� F. for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Remove from oven when dry and toasty. When cool, store in airtight container.

Makes 4 cups.
