Hurry Curry Turkey
1/2 tsp. chicken broth powder, dissolved in 1 tbsp. hot water
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. curry powder, or more to taste
1/2 cup, plus 2 tbsp. skim or regular milk
1/2 cup frozen peas
3/4 cup diced cooked turkey or chicken
toast
Combine broth, flour and curry in medium size skillet and cook over low heat,
stirring some, for about 2 minutes.
Add milk and stir until smooth and combined.
Add peas and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
Add turkey or chicken and heat through.
Serve over toast. Serves 1
