Beets and Horseradish

3 1/2 cups ground horseradish

6 cups of canned beets

1/2 cup white vinegar

1 tbsp. salt

5 tbsp. sugar

Drain canned beets to get 11/2 cups of juice. Grind beets and mix with horseradish.

Mix vinegar, salt, sugar and beet juice. Pour over the horseradish and beet mix. Use as a side with a meat dish or serve alone.
