Strawberry Smoothies
For each serving:
2 C. orange juice
1/8 fresh pineapple, chunked
1 whole banana
strawberries, whole frozen
creamy non-fat vanilla yogurt
lime
Place the orange juice, pineapple and banana in the blender and start blending.
Add frozen strawberries a few at a time until the blender jar is full and
smoothie is a pretty pink color. Blend until smooth, but keep thick and frozen.
Add 2 rounded spoonfuls of creamy vanilla yogurt.
Serving suggestion:
Serve in individual goblets leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Garnish with a round
slice of lime placed over the edge of the glass.
