Lemon Turkey

15-18 lb. turkey
2 large lemons
2 cloves garlic
salt and lemon pepper to taste

Thaw and rinse turkey. Pat dry with paper towels. Season inside with salt and lemon pepper. Slice lemons and garlic in long slices, slide between skin and breast meat.

Place turkey on rotisserie and cook on High with hood closed for 2-1/2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 185 F. Baste every 20 minutes.

Great served with greens and lemons for garnish.

Makes 12 to 15 servings
