Party Potatoes
2 pounds bag frozen hash brown potatoes (country style)
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Combine soups with softened cream cheese. Add sour cream, green
pepper, onion and seasonings. Put potatoes in a 3 qt shallow baking
dish. Pour soup mixture over potatoes and stir. Spread out evenly;
sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 325�F for 1 1/2 hours. |
