Pistachio Mallow Salad

16 ounces cool whip

1 package instant pistachio pudding mix

3 cups mini marshmallows

20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained

1/2 cup chopped pistachios

In a large bowl, combine Cool Whip, pudding mix and food coloring. Fold in the marshmallows and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Just before serving sprinkle with nuts.
