Summer Squash Medley
1/4 cup butter
3 cups sliced yellow squash
3 cups sliced zucchini
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg or 1 tsp. fresh basil
Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in squash and zucchini, brown
sugar and nutmeg or basil. Cook and stir until vegetables are
crisply tender, 8-10 minutes.
Serves 4-6 as side dish. |
