Arizona Biltmore Cheesecake
1 cup granulated sugar
32 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon zest
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 (10-inch) graham cracker crust,
patted into a springform pan
In a large mixing bowl, cream sugar and cream cheese together with
lemon zest. Add eggs and vanilla extract gradually. Mix in cream.
Pour into crust and bake in a water bath at 325 degrees F for 2
hours.
Let cool completely before removing from pan.
Serve plain or with strawberry sauce. Source:
