Boulevard Inn Smoked Salmon Pate
2 pounds cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mayonnaise-style salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip)
1 cup sour cream
11/2 teaspoons dried dillweed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound boned and skinned smoked salmon
In bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and add mayonnaise, salad dressing, sour
cream, dillweed, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Beat again and add
salmon. Mix until well-blended but still a little chunky. Serve with crackers or
bread crisps.
Makes enough to serve 20 people or more.
