Maximilian Inn Bavarian Cheese Pate (Obatzter Kase)

2 1/2 pounds cream cheese (room temperature)
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly chopped chives
1 teaspoon ground caraway seed
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1/4 lemon

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend well. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving. Makes 10 to 12 (4-ounce) appetizer servings.
