Miss Mary Bobo's Parmesan Pepper Popcorn

2 T extra-virgin olive oil
8 c hot plain popcorn
1 oz finely grated Parmesiano-Reggiano cheese
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t salt

Drizzle oil over hot popcorn in a large bowl and toss to coat, then toss with cheese, pepper and salt.
