Tokyo House Ginger Dressing

1 C. mayonnaise
1 1/2 T. soy sauce
1/2 T. sesame seeds
1 T. rice vinegar
1/2 T. vegetable oil
1 1/2 medium onions, diced
1 carrot sliced, for 2 oz.
Ginger root, peeled and grated, for 2 oz.

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until pureed. The dressing should retain some texture of finely ground ginger and vegetables.

Makes 2 cups.
