Apple Brownies Recipe

2/3 C. butter

2 C. brown sugar

2 eggs

2 C. flour

2 t. baking powder

1/4 t. salt

1 t. vanilla

3/4 C. apples, chopped

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; stir well. Stir in apples.

Bake in a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350� F. for 30 minutes.

These are light brown when done. When cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
