Raw Apple Cake Cake:
2 eggs
4 cups diced apples
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
2 cups nuts, large pieces
Frosting:
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla
1� cups powdered sugar
Combine all cake ingredients and mix well. Spoon into lightly
greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350� for 1 hour or until done. Cool.
To prepare frosting, cream together all ingredients. Frost cake
after it has cooled.
Makes 20 - 24 servings. |
