Blueberry Fruit Smoothie
1 C. low-fat vanilla ice cream
1 C. fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
1/2 C. light peaches, packed in water or natural juices, chopped
1/2 C. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 C. low-fat vanilla yogurt
Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and mix until smooth,
about 30 to 45 seconds. Yield: two servings
About 1 1/4 cup per serving. |
