Chocolate Raspberry Frosty
1 cup lowfat milk
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
3 cups frozen raspberries
Pour the milk and chocolate syrup into a blender. Slowly add the
raspberries, one cup at a time, and blend for 15 to 30 seconds after
adding each cup. Do not over mix, as this will thin the drink down.
Serve immediately.
Options: substitute other frozen fruit for the raspberries
(strawberry, banana, etc.).
