Frosted Chocolate Shake

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup -- up to 3
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chilled milk
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon sugar

Combine chocolate syrup, milk, sugar, and vanilla in shaker or jar. Shake vigorously. Add ice cream and shake again. Serve immediately in tall glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry or spray of mint.

One 10 oz. serving.
